How long have you owned the home and has this been a problem the whole time you have owned the home or just recently started? Was there an inspection done on the home by a licensed inspector before purchase ( probably wouldn’t have caught that anyway) and was there anything about the issue mentioned by the seller on the disclosure ? A camera is what I recommend and definitely a different plumber
