Having been involved in construction in florida, I can tell you that with the scale of construction at TV, the cost would be prohibitive, A separate permit is required for each temporary service. It must be mounted on a pole away from the building, which gets in the way of site work(grading, landscaping, etc), and the use of longer extension cords is not real good for the contractors power tools.
