Thanks for the update. Has anyone had any problems reporting on the JIF recall form? Or reading the product code which in our case is written in Script atop of other printing.
Or entering a telephone number. Only numbers accepted but none of my numbers accepted. Never saw such an unresponsive form. Tried reporting another way ie requesting info from company. No better. Perhaps, I am locked out for complaining.
