There are 6 builders in The Villages for new residential construction. Each Buiders has so many supers. They all use the same subs. so they all know what each other is doing. Trust me, the Man that runs the residential construction knows what each builder is doing and makes sure they keep to his schedule. It is done this way so everyone knows who is where and when. Must of subs use their own portable generators due to the fact they have to move around so often in the day from house to house. Also there will so many people at one house and not possible to have electric for everyone. And the cost is a factor. But mainly much faster for a sub to pull up to a house, crank the generator and start working instead of batteling for the outlet for power.
The Villages has a system set and it works. Going to have noise and dust anytime you build. Part of life.
