On a side note, this morning on Morning Joe on MSNBC, I actually heard Norah ODonnell say that, and I am paraphrasing, one of the reasons the current administration is pushing so hard for so much so quickly is that keeping it close to the last administration they feel they can blame Bush for what is going on, and if they let it go on in time they lose what they think is an advantage !
