You obviously forget the videos, movies etc on the entire Bush family including the first lady.
Why are you so outraged that someone posted about the Letterman remarks ? Why does that anger you so ? You seem to be so filled with rage about this particular story.
Why do you assume that everyone is blase about the stories you mention ? What do they have to do with the Letterman story in ANY WAY ?
