I did receive a quote in a PM, and that's fine, it's just not what I'm looking for now.
So here is the issue. Many, through no fault of their own will have their home painted and it will look good to them and that's it. They feel everything was done correctly and it most likely was. BUT if you get a real cheap price, chances are that something is not right even though the job may look good after it's done. Without the proper painting process and paint, it probably won't last.

As an example i got a quote from a painter whom i like for interior work who felt no primer was needed becausethe original paint was primed and still on the house. He's correct if the paint wasn't chalking. Once this happens it means the binder in the paint has failed and you need to clean and prime. Also the Loxon primer is made to fill in the hairline cracks and the ones it can't need to be caulked. So the point here is it's not a matter of slapping on a coat of paint and calling it a day. Just FYI.
