If true, I'd applaud it. And once that's done, THEN they could maybe add some apartments to the Katie Belle building, but they'd need to section off reserved parking for residents in the back lot. Maybe off to the side in the back lot between Farmshed and the back of the bowling alley. With a reserved code-access covered carport for golf carts.

Very sad about Katie Bells...they need to start it up again in their original location @ the Spanish Springs Square! I've lived here for 7 years & visited prior to that for 16 years & we didn't leave without going to Katie Bells...what a great place to meet up with everyone & dance. The entertainment was fabulous too & the restaurant upstairs was great! It's ashame that they took this establishment away...Spanish Springs is dwindling to nothing & it's NOT fair to the owners of the home in that area!
