He allegedly stated that he was declaring himself a female for the evening, and wanted half price drinks. When denied, he allegedly threatened legal action.
This is of course hearsay on my part. Does anyone have any knowledge of this? (Would a man actually do that?). I personally don’t believe that anyone would have grounds for an individual or class action suit, since similar specials have been going on for decades throughout the country. Even so, the management apparently feels that they would still have to defend such a frivolous suit should one be filed, and subsequently stopped Ladies Night.
