So the felt is your finished roof on the shed. I have felted a bunch of roofs in my life but they were going to get shingled later. Brings to mind a little screen porch addition I was doing in the Winter in Atlanta. We were felting the roof addition and it started snowing heavily. We got it dried in and off the roof safely but it got pretty hairy for a few minutes there. Had to get it done!
