It is difficult to get five servings a day of fruit and vegetables for me, and I find them expensive. So I did try these. I did feel somewhat better after a couple of months but I was not sure if it was placebo or just coincidence or the tablets.

I finally decided I could not handle the price and would just try to do better with my eating, though I know I will never eat enough plant based nutrition.

They state the reason they cannot state exactly what is in it is that it is a proprietary formula. (This is what they state, make of it what you will.)

It is all fruits, in the fruit tabs, and all vegetables in the vegetable tabs, but you do not know what percent of each fruit or vegetable.
It doesn't matter how much of each fruit and vegetable is in the pill. What matters is the NUTRITIONAL VALUE. The percentage of vitamin C, not the percentage of desiccated mango powder. The percentage of vitamin A, not the percentage of freeze-dried potatoes.

Unless you send them to a lab yourself for testing, you have NO WAY to know if you are receiving the nutrition your body needs. You have NO WAY of knowing if you are receiving too much, too little, none at all, or just the right amount. You have NO WAY to know that you're feeling better because of these supplements, or because you are making other dietary or lifestyle changes that produce positive results. You have NO WAY of knowing that you're feeling like you're coming down with something because of the supplements poisoning you with toxic amounts of something, or if you're just coming down with something.

Never ever EVER take supplements that don't come with the nutritional label. I mean unless you don't care about your health, just want to impress people with how insanely gullible you are, and have the money to throw away.
