Districts 5-10 will be holding public hearings to discuss amending and restating the Chapter II Rule to Bring about Deed Compliance, specifically for providing for reimbursement of attorneys’ fees incurred by the District in enforcing its Rules and the deed restrictions, and for the recording of the Order of Enforcement in the Public Records of Sumter
