I'm currently getting "up to" 100 mbps for $50 at Comcast. Speedtest.net returned 87.68 down and 11.44 upload speeds a minute ago. I bought my own router and modem so no lease on those.
The 200 speed on CenturyLink is available in some locations and it's $65/month, plus the $15 modem/router lease (unless you buy your own).

In my area, which is same as OP, CenturyLink which is now called Quantom Fiber is $65/ month, no additional fees or taxes, for the 940 Mphs speed. The first month fee included a modem and install for $79. The modem was a one time fee of $14. I do not know if that was a special promotion on the modem.
