It's Quantum - but it's not "now called" Quantum. Quantum is one of three brands owned by CenturyLink, which still services addresses under the CenturyLink name. Lumen Technologies handles mostly fiber networks and cloud.
But no Quantum isn't available in my area at all. And CenturyLink underserves as it did when I moved in and got Comcast.
