Let me start with
"Go Buckeyes!"
Then say, I expect it would have to be a private company (like a bar or restaurant). I expect we would not like to have the amenities raised to pay for construction, maintenance, insurance, and staffing of a river ride. So, private company.
For a private company to do it, they would have to see a demand high enough that for a reasonable admission price it could make a reasonable return on investment. I don't know what that admission fee would be and how many people would actually use it.
We do have a LOT of amusement parks without an hour or two of here, that would be in direct competition also.
I guess I would really like to have it, I don't think I would really like to pay for it. But, if you can get the Rec centers to add it, I will certainly look at the cost and probably would pay the increase.
