Like others has said it both are blinking I would suspect grounding/corrosion problem?

A 2020 with low hours shouldn't have that much corrosion if any. I have seen where tires rub on wires close to headlights before.
Mobile Golf carts wanted to charge me $.50 an hour to trace my electrical problem and would need my cart for at least one or more weeks... Billing the entire 24 hours a day...
With help of my neighbor we found the problem,,,
