Everyone will tell you they live in the best area, so too many biased opinions.

Summer is cheap rent, if you can come for a month I would strongly suggest. You will need a MLS for preowned only, and a village rep if you want new, or one of their preowned.

Best way to find a rep is to go to different open houses, and you will find the person who you are comfortable with.

Our second villages rep was so highly recommend on this site in 2012, we met and I truly wouldn’t have bought a dog house from her. So we found agents at open houses and have been happy ever since.
