I had a similar problem a couple years ago. A $900 item was sent to me w/signature required and some post person here signed for it with his name on the receipt and my name on the tracking info. Fortunately, it eventually appeared in my box. I had posted a thread about that as well back then and was told by one intelligent (not) poster "if you don't like it move."
