Your emphatic assertion aside, many believe the right to control your own body follows from the ninth, thirteenth, and fourteenth amendments. Previous courts agrees. This one did not.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
