"God given physical plant". I like that rshoffer.

That is a very good question. In over 5 years of posting (mostly woodworking forums) I have never talked about preventive care. Well, in the 80's and 90's I was a jogger and I did isometric exercises for all my muscle groups. I had to eliminate jogging because of my heels but now I do at least 1 hour a day power walking and I still do my isometrics with my Bull-Worker.
As for internal care...I take vitamins in the morning and really try to eat "healthy food." My diet consists of plenty of fruit and vegetables and I rarely eat beef.
The only prescribed medication I take daily is 10MG of a statin to help control my cholesterol. Oh yea...I quit drinking over 3 years ago because I couldn't control it.
