I wish I could say I discovered a "magic pill" to help with this but alas, watching what I eat and daily exercise is what keeps me healthy. About 10 years ago I lost almost 80 pounds and have kept it off- again through watching what I eat and exercise. I don't deprive myself (life is too short!) so if I want a piece of chocolate I have it, the difference is that I stop at one or two pieces, not half the bag
