Me and the wife, hit the gym for 2-3 hours a day at least 4-5 times a week. She is power-walker on treadmill, I run 2-3 miles. The she does light weights for toning and an hour of aerobics. I do weights and resistance exercises.
We also drink a ton of water, limit red meat and fried. And when shopping read fat grams and carbs.
We both go once a year for our routine physicals.
