Interesting. Were you there???? If you were, you would realize they weren't all that busy. I
was greeted when I arrived at 1:12, and they told me the groomer would be right out They had 2 dogs ahead of me to get their nails clipped, which took less than 2 minutes each. They had one customer after me who was just buying some food so they rang her up. They went in the back again to get the groomer, and said it would be just a minute. THEN, at 1:26 they came out and said she couldn't groom the dog.

PS: I would define "special" as knowing what happened when not there.
