Just like much of the public I believe the fools that voted for this are clueless as to what they voted on. Of course this bill is meant to punish the people that waste energy. You know the ones that use electricity, gas, drive a car, use a mower, fly to destination. This whole thing is a joke. Hey I planted over 500 trees on my property about 30 years ago. Anybody out there want to but some carbon credits from me ??
