I can not say if your surprise was greater than the other posters, but feel confidant saying my surprise is greater than either of you. I mean, the whole situation is surprising, right? I'd propose that the groomer created a bad atmosphere and the front desk got caught up. I have absolutely nothing to back that up, but I'd be surprised if it were not the case.Got to run to a friends surprise birthday party. Good luck finding a groomer.
