I've been reading this board for a couple of months and I don't believe I've seen this mentioned.

In the sales kit I received from the TV sales department, there is a sheet titled 'Cost of Living,' in which some average costs in TV are listed. There's an entry for the 'Development District Assessment.'

What is this?

It has a range from $100 to $317 per month. What is that based on, property value? Location? Any idea what this amount might be for one of the manufactured homes in the eastern section?
