It has a range from $100 to $317 per month. What is that based on, property value? Location? Any idea what this amount might be for one of the manufactured homes in the eastern section?

They told me it was the bond,that was issued to put in the streets, utility etc. so all newer houses have one. (it also has an astirik * that says assessments vary by unit) In older resales it would have been paid off already.
I don't know if this is correct but I think it is. On my sheet the amenities fee is listed as Contractural amenities fee and is higher up on the list.
