We have been here and have always dealt with the Summerfield Lowe’s (once it got built there). We have purchased numerous appliances from them, and have always purchased their warranty. The receipt says right on it to keep it for proof of purchase of the warranty. We have always done so, and when they sound confused about our warranty, I give them the number, and have had no problems with them.
We have always appreciated their service, though it has been a little slower these last two years, but then, what hasn’t?
