Good luck with lowes
Bought a Samsung fridge from lowes, with extended warranty. Had a repeat issue over a few years, we decided to renew the extended warranty, 3 months later the issue started up again, water/ice issue, tech determined it could not be repaired. Lowes gave us a gift card for the original purchase price and we kept the 5 yo fridge. All involved were very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more, except for Samsung to not make crappy appliances
