Are the poles wood or aluminum? You might be able to just replace the pole section with a piece of material that is heavier duty. All (or most) of what I have seen appear to be the same design/quality. The hardware stores sell aluminum tubing in various diameters and wall thickness, as well as dowel rods 6 foot long, so I thnik you may be able to repair if no one comes up with a heavy duty flag pole solution.
