I agree. I don't buy it. But, if you buy expensive jewelry, the only place to buy it is Costco. You can return it at anytime and get a full refund. There is no time limit, so you return it years after the purchase and still get your money back. If you buy jewelry at a jewelry store, they may let you exchange it within about 3 weeks, but no refunds. After the 3 weeks, you own it and they may buy it back for about 10 percent of what you paid. Costco sells some very high quality and expensive jewelry.
