Usually water main leak causes water to bubble up or geyser and the big suction truck removed loose dirt and water. Would seen that big truck and crew working before hole was filled in. Very few actual sink holes in developed area, usually water system related when pressure induced either by gravity or line pressure. Drain lines under retention ponds has static pond pressure on them. Even under the retention ponds that have transfer tubes, they rot or leak and over time causes ground collapse. This just not in florida but all over the world. The corvette museum probably best known sinkhole from building storm drains that failed imo.
