They can send out as many emails as they want, claiming that you made a purchase, but that doesn't prove anything. But, if the store has a policy to provide paper receipts, if there is a dispute, the store would need to produce a copy of the receipt. Can you name any other store that will not accept cash and will not provide a credit card receipt?

I have been to stores in Disney Springs that do not take cash and email the receipt. I have never had a problem. Not a deal breaker for me.
