Stand back and look at this situation.
This isn't about a vape pen or kneeling at the national anthem.
Russia invaded a sovereign country (Ukraine) and the strongest military country on the planet (USA) sided with Ukraine. Without endangering any of our military personnel we have successfully pumped billions of our tax dollars in defense of that country. I'm going to guess that everyone will agree that the USA is the leader of the "free world" and with that title comes the requirement that we believe everyone is free, period. That means we can protest if we believe something is wrong without retribution. We can look different, have different religious beliefs, vote for whoever we want without retribution. If we believe in the USA we must believe in the ability to be free even if someone is a different religion, different color or protests something that we believe otherwise. You can't say you believe in USA policy or that the USA is the greatest place on earth and pick and choose what USA policies you like. You might not like or agree with the protest but it's our right. The USA is the greatest place to live and the ability to protest without retribution makes it the greatest place to live. Kneeling at the national anthem bugs me but that's what makes the USA great. That's why everyone's trying to move here. Russia is using her as a pawn for our involvement in their war, plain and simple. She deserves the support of the US like any one our our sons or daughters would deserve. IMO
