Journalistic ETHICS on either side have gone out of the window. The LAW, we crossed that line with the kid, the rent a chief and CNN.

1. It's "prove," not "proove." Not even in all caps.
2. You don't need to prove intent in a civil suit. Proof of intent refers to criminal cases. For civil cases, you need only prove that the allegations are true, and that you suffered damages as a result.
