Before you get a lawyer ($$$$) involved take a close look at the contract many of these have so many out clauses that the coverage is useless. The other option would be to contact Seniors Against Crime and the BBB and file complaints (no cost) and see if this gets their attention. I have seen several reports that these companies can us their own subcontractors and used parts to make repairs, all at their own schedule.
