Golf carts meeting the definition set forth in section 12-152 may be operated on all public city roads where the posted speed limit is 35 miles per hour or less. Public city road shall mean any thoroughfare maintained by the city that is commonly used for vehicular traffic.
So is it legal to to cross 466A on Pinellas to get to Lowes & Trailwinds Plaza?
