The 2022-2023 budget is unaffected by the IFD formation, the IFD would not happen until 1 October 2023 and would be in the 2023-2024 budget. If you look at the proforma budget for 23-24 (
https://sumterclerk.granicus.com/Gen...2&clip_id=1723) you will see the decrease. These numbers are still preliminary and won't be finalized until mid-2023, the percentage change from the preliminary numbers should be small so these give you a pretty good starting point for what we will see.
