Huh, OK, your point? Was just stating the weirdness of the laws not trying to change them. Just to be clear:

, but you **CAN** ride a bike on 466A, or 301 or 44 or Morse or BV or 466 or hundreds of others but you **CAN'T** ride a
non-LSV golf cart on any of them. Just a "stranger than science" fact, not a complaint.
