Really? Take golf put of it and make in yoir old job. A new company starys and offers you 2-5x the money and 25% fewer hours. Loyality would not be my #1 thought, will the new company be around 10-20 years. Think back to the old NFL vs AFL or NBA vs ABA players that jumped were not given a lifetime ban.
