Looks like not a big deal. I've been in a Corpus Christie ranch since 2005 and absolutely love it. It appears that the Sand Castle cottage is identical, except I've a 2 car and golf cart garage. Other Corpus Christies have smaller garages. Re in house amenities like garage door opener that Bluedog cited, summer of '05, we got none of those in a ranch. Buyer was responsible for garage openers, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and window treatments. As the market tightened, more of these things were included as enticements. Same will happen with the Cottages.

Aside --- I've always hated the term "ranch house" as it invoke memories of 50's and 60's housing developments with identical ticky-tacky homes. In considering alternatives, I'd thought of "Cottages" but rejected it because it implied, at least to me, a real small place. But I do prefer the term to ranch house.
