Maybe, depends on how one reads it. I believe they are saying the 569 will be the first group (residential unit) out of an eventual total of 8200 non-age-restricted homes because they aren't building them all at once. It can take many years. 569 is the "first village" to coin a phrase
going up. I guess it all depends on what way one reads it. Where you put the voice inflection. Kind of like the old How Long is a ........ saying which might these days sound racist if I wrote the whole thing but just trying to make a point.
So do you think it's going to be another senior 55+ development with the exception of "the 569" ?
