Don't blame the victim here. The person posting said he had used this worker before and never had a problem. Sometimes people come recommended and you still have them run and steal money. It really is hard to be certain that the person you are hiring doesn't have some new problem where they renege on a job. My brother was having his kitchen redone and used a guy who came highly recommended. The guy needed funds to order cabinets and a new door. He skipped with the money. It happens sometimes. I am sorry the writer wrote about this so we know not to use this person.
