Well I think we have to agree "Europe" allows dogs and I think were mature enough to realize on that particular day when YOU might want to visit a restaurant that allows the pooches outside and you happen to see one outside that might offend you, you can eat inside or at one of the many other eatery places The Villages has to offer.
Sometimes it just best to "smile" and move on but...

I do agree with billetkid comments:
One can easily be emphatic without being derogatory....if one cared enough to do so....eh? The beauty of the 1st amendment in action
