Having moved here from Seattle where good coffee is everywhere, not Starbucks, we have yet to find a "coffee shop" whos coffee wasn't extremely bitter here. Believe it or not, we've found our best cup of coffee at some of the country clubs, even that is hit or miss. The shop at Sawgrass Market is okay but may be better suited for cappuccinos due to inconsistency of espresso (barista).
