Much of life is subject to interpretation. Rude looks? Is it rude to when you see someone going below normal speed to look, to notice someone is with them. Actually tooting the horn, as you now need to pass two golf carts and can't be sure what either will do as you pass,
Obviously too late now. Cart running slow. Might have been wise to pull off the road and call the service center. Gas? Electric? Driving it can make the issue worse.
