In our league, the "fast" ball is really about 40-50mph, some guys still throw junk like curves, sliders, knuckleballs. There is free-substitution, so if you're just tired one inning, sit it out and another guy will take your place. No stealing from 1B to 2B, but you CAN steal from 2B to 3B...you can't steal home if the ball get's past the catcher, you have to stay. It is a ton of fun getting to relive your youth. Some guys had played in A or AA baseball when they were young, so they have more talent than most of us hacks.
