Yeah. Carts, too. But how often is THAT IGNORED?
There are 3 classes of E-bikes. Class 1 has a top speed of 20mph and no throttle. Class 2 has a top speed of 20mph and a throttle. Class 3 has a throttle and will easily exceed 20mph. I know, I have one.
