How so? It was stated there is a
Federal regulation on golf cart speed. I stated I couldn't find it. It doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I also stated
the opinion, that if such a federal regulation exists, it is an overreach by big government. How that makes anyone an "expert" on federal law is beyond me. Besides, if you are a believer, either Christian or Jewish, it was God, not Moses that chiseled those tablets.
