In my opinion, the southern areas of The Villages are marketed with smoke & mirrors. It's nothing like northern area and never will be. It doesn't look like The Villages, it doesn't "feel" like The Villages and the demographic is different.

We like it this way. Looked around above 44, didn’t like it at all. To each their own.
